Your building can be ready for EV charging.

Tell us about your building. We'll set up a free Initial Assessment in exchange for a one-email introduction to your board.

Yes, even in your building.

Most condo and apartment garages in Chicago weren't built with EV charging in mind. That's fine. We plan systems that fit the building you already have: older wiring, shared parking, deeded spaces, monthly assignments, all of it.

If you can park there, your building can probably charge there. The Illinois Electric Vehicle Charging Act protects a resident's right to request EV charging in a deeded or assigned space, subject to reasonable conditions. Your board needs a plan, not a sales pitch. That's what we deliver.

How it works.

01.

Tell us about your building.

Five minutes. Your building name, the address, and who we should introduce ourselves to.

02.

We meet your board member.

A short, no-pressure call once you've made the introduction. You hand it off; we take it from there.

03.

Free Initial Assessment.

A written report on existing conditions, information gaps, and what your board would need to decide on next. Delivered in one to two weeks. Free, because you set up the introduction.

What's in the assessment.

Existing conditions. Power capacity, panel locations, parking layout, and how chargers could fit the building you already have.

Information gaps. What the board would need to gather (lease language, garage drawings, utility records) before authorizing any installation.

Plain-English next steps. A short summary the board can act on, with or without us. No sales pressure attached.
